What We Do

Junk removal, done properly

Beltway Haul Co. is a small, dependable crew that clears out the things you no longer want — furniture, appliances, construction debris, or an entire house worth of it.

You send a few photos, we send back a firm price, and we take it from there. We do the lifting, the loading, the stairs, and the sweeping up afterward. Nothing gets left behind and nothing gets added to the bill after the fact.

Usable furniture goes to donation and metal goes to recycling whenever it can. What's left is disposed of properly.

01

Furniture Removal

Couches, mattresses, dressers, desks, and anything else too heavy for one person and a sedan.

02

Full Cleanouts

Apartments, basements, garages, storage units, and estate cleanouts handled start to finish.

03

Appliance Hauling

Refrigerators, washers, dryers, and water heaters disconnected where needed and carried out.

04

Construction Debris

Drywall, lumber, flooring, and renovation leftovers cleared so the next trade can get to work.

05

Curbside Pickup

Already have it at the curb? We'll grab it — you don't even need to be home.

06

Property Cleanups

Yard waste, tenant turnovers, and general clearing for landlords and property managers.

How It Works

Three steps, usually one day

01

Send photos

Text or email a few pictures of what needs to go. A rough idea of the pile is enough.

02

Get a free estimate

We reply with a no-obligation price, usually the same day — and for anything sizeable we send an estimator out to you, free of charge.

03

We haul it away

We confirm a time that works, show up, load it up, and leave the space clean.

We send an estimator to every single job — free, with no obligation.

Photos are enough for most pickups, but when it helps we come out, walk the space with you, and hand you a firm price on the spot. You are never charged for the visit and you are never pressured to book.

What It Costs

Straightforward, by volume

Single ItemOne couch, mattress, or appliance $95 – $175
Quarter LoadA few pieces of furniture $200 – $350
Half LoadA small room, or a garage corner $375 – $600
Full LoadA packed truck — garage, basement, or storage unit $650 – $900
Full ApartmentA complete one or two bedroom cleanout $900 – $1,200
Whole House & EstateMulti-room or multi-trip clearing Quoted on site

These are honest ranges, not teaser rates. Where you land inside a range depends on the volume, the weight, and how far we have to carry it — stairs, elevators, and long walks all add time. Hazardous items and heavy debris such as concrete or tile carry additional disposal fees.

You always get one exact number in writing before we lift anything, and that number is what you pay. If we open the door and find noticeably more than the photos showed, we tell you the new price first and you decide — we never load the truck and hand you a bigger bill afterward.

Commercial & Large-Scale Work

For jobs bigger than a truckload

Some jobs are too big to price from a photo. When you are clearing a whole building, turning over units, or hauling away weeks of construction debris, we handle it as a proper project rather than a pickup.

That means a walkthrough with one of our estimators, a written scope, and a single quoted price for the whole job — not a per-trip guess. We can work around your tenants, your trades, or your business hours, and we can spread a large clearing across several days if that is easier for you.

We also work on standing arrangements for property managers and contractors who need regular pickups rather than a one-off.

Common Questions

Answered before you ask

Do I need to be there for the pickup?

No. As long as the items are accessible and you have approved the quote, we can handle it and send you photos when we are done.

Do you carry things down stairs?

Yes. Stairs, basements, attics, and tight apartment hallways are all normal for us — just mention it when you send photos so the quote is accurate.

What won't you take?

We cannot haul hazardous material: paint, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, or medical waste. Nearly everything else is fair game, so it never hurts to ask.

How fast can you get here?

Often the same day. Text photos in the morning and there is a good chance it is gone by that evening.

Do you charge for the estimate?

Never. We send an estimator to every job at no cost and with no obligation — you can take the price, think it over, or walk away, and you owe us nothing either way.

Do you handle commercial and large-scale jobs?

Yes. Property managers, contractors, offices, and multi-unit turnovers are a regular part of what we do. Email beltwayhaulco@gmail.com and we will arrange a walkthrough and a written scope.

Is the quote really the final price?

Yes. The written quote is what you pay, as long as what we find matches the photos. If you add items on the day, we will price them on the spot before loading.
